This is not at all a stable process. Forget career growth! There is No increment, promotion, growth, vision. There are no decision makers in India nor they have any plans to hire someone. Head-HR, Finance etc have all left GBS-India. No team events, outings. No person from UAE ever cares to visit the GBS-Bangalore office. Probably the only company in bangalore which is almost a year old and yet they don't have a cafetaria!...Read More

Worst organisation, cafeteria without vendors, no hike in the salary,HR and Management people only says FAB is the top bank in UAE but but they don’t know about Indian market and facilities that other banks are providing.

There is nothing to like they cheat their customers, harass their employees and lie to their bosses. Read the frustration of the customers on their Twitter handle Fab Connects and other social media or visit a branch to listen to customer yelling.

i) There is no concept of annual salary increment in FAB GBS. You will remain at the same salary at which you join. The management is trying to implement the UAE policy of no increments here, completely oblivious of the high inflaton rate in India, high tax, and appraisal policies followed by other MNC Banks who have set up their offshore centres in India. ii) No autonomy is given to Head of HR in GBS (infact now there is no head of HR). All decisions will be taken by UAE bosses of respective departments, and the HR here is expected to just communicate the same to GBS employees....Read More
