This is not at all a stable process. Forget career growth! There is No increment, promotion, growth, vision. There are no decision makers in India nor they have any plans to hire someone. Head-HR, Finance etc have all left GBS-India. No team events, outings. No person from UAE ever cares to visit the GBS-Bangalore office. They insult you, they are bother only about work. Even if you are sick they will ask you to come to office. Managers are burglars they use to work in UAE and posted in Bangalore office they consider every employee as their slave. Worst experience to.work with them. I left the company due to the continuous harassments I faced from my management. There was no work life balance & no compensation paid for the extra hours I was forced to put in. This was evident especially during the Covid-19 lockdown. I was forced to work 18 - 20 hours straight and not a single penny has ben paid as overtime / shift allowance till date. Even after numerous people from the bank, department & even floor had been tested positive for Covid-19, the management forced me to work from the office. Many pregnant women were forced to work from office during this period. One staff who was stuck in India while on her vacation was terminated as she could not travel back to UAE due to the lockdown. Absolute horror in terms of employee relations. I have nothing good to say about the management in Retail Loans Operations Management (Mohd Azhar & Amit Malhotra).
