I TRULY DISLIKE IS THEIR IS NO JOB SECURITY AND THEY ARE NOT STICKED TO ONE COMPANY. As FINOFY IS 3rd PARTY . I worked for 5months their and in 5month i have seen 500 changes realted to products , companies, incentive plans , spot incentive, referral policies and many more .. it not been a singke month i felt secure because as soon as we used to get comfortable with 1product they used to change the product....Read More
