No learning. 7 days working (mostly). very less salary. Bond is mandatory to sign so that you cannot run. 14 hours working, starting from very early morning session, afternoon, noon session at last very late evening session. Salary cutting for no reason.

No Holiday, no leaves allowed for first 9 months. Have to deal and manage the grievances of the students who remains angry after getting false promises from the company. Very very poor management and work culture. They only hire non-Gujaratis and non-Ahmedabadis so that they can pressurize them and threaten them and doesn't allow usto leave this scam company. They know local Ahmedabadis will not get under pressure so they do not hire them, Salary, Holidays, Timings, Learning, Environment and Culture, everything is a scam and fraud. I have come across few employee just joined for retention bonus at Fingertips their aim is just to complete year and due to which they are not focus on growth and disturb other also. They don't have any long term vision. So it's better for management to give performance based bonus.

As a Trainer, I somehow managed to skip students beating and Police intervention. Students enroll in their below-below-below average courses because they are promised that by doing there course they will get a job worth 5-12 LPA, which is absurd and a blatant lie! No one gets the job the way they say, and all their courses are nothing but scam and all the content is sub-sub-sub standard copied from youtube which they potray as real world case study! I have to take 4 sessions, one session of two hours each. For a 9 hour job, I have to speak 8 hours. The HR never told me this while hiring, and now she has also left this fraud company. Every time I tell these owners I am suffering because of this, the owner with a fake sweet voice tell me you have to manage somehow, while at the time of hiring they promised me that only two sessions will be there. These are fake people with no heart, no one can stay with them. What I have seen while I was there, that every month 4 people joins and 6 people leave. This is how they run their company. And those who leave gets threatened by these owners both legally as well as, as if they are some underworld don or something. Students who enroll here cries everytime because they are being promised that they will be getting very good salary package once there course gets completed (Check there website if you don't believe me). These students are getting scammed with these fake promises and fake reputation build by the company using paid reviews on Google. Once these students suffers, they and their parents comes to fight and as a Trainer, I had to listen to these abuses, police threatening and sometimes even risk of getting beaten all the time because owners will not come to the rescue, its the trainer who spends most of the time with these students for sessions and ultimately trainer suffers. I haven't seen such Toxic and Abusive environment in my entire life. I was paid for the travel to join this scam company and when I joined, I thought if they are paying for my travel expenses then the company would be good, but no! They will torture and harass you in every way possible. The HR who hired me also left this company now.

You cannot join until and unless you give them a cheque so that they can deduct the amount from your account if you try leaving them. Very toxic environment. All they have are fake lies for increment, retention bonus and whatever salary is mentioned in your bond. No learning process, it is company with the rule of Hire and Fire, with those who stay weeps for survival. Don't believe the HR, she tells you lies with a sweet voice to make you believe the promises arereal but everything is fake after one month of working. You will not even get the salary that they have promised. They specially hire people from outside Gujarat, specially Ahmedabad so that they don't have the privilege to leave immediately because people outside Ahmedabad and Gujarat, thinks 10000 times before taking the step of leaving and breaking the bond to face any legal threat of court outside their state and home. Very toxic environment and company, they made me sign a bond and treated me (and everyone else who works here) as slave. The moment you join this company first 15 days are 'OK' after that the torture starts. No matter what your position is, you will be asked to do each and every task of every other field and department. Officially the working hours are only 10 and it is only 5 days working, but the truth is, you will be forced to do 7 days if not 6 days, that too 11 to 12 hours per day. For every small thing, the company will deduct your salary for no reason. They will give you a long of KPI and KRA, and if you miss them, your half day salary will be deducted. So, in order to keep up with your KPI and KRA, you are forced to work 12 hours a day, even on Sundays. You will never receive an offer letter before joining, because officially you will not be told about your sick, causal, planned leaves or even your timings through any form of written communication. They will ask you to come to the office and will pay for your journey so that you can believe the company cares about you, but it is a trap. All of this is to make sure that you sign the bond under good impression, and later on you will be threatened that the company is going against you in the court of law.
