I see people ranting about WFH here. But one thing I like about working at Fingent is that policy on WFH has always been clear. Available for special situations ( sick parents, children), but all else are transitioning back to RTO. Managers, HR and even the CEO of the company has communicated this. At Fingent, we build stuff that actually makes a difference. Feeling suffocated at an MNC where all focus was on billable and bench, here I can focus on doing what I love - building good software, with good people for clients who care.

Fingent needs to talk about itself more. People I talk to are surprised to know that such a company exists in Kochi, Kerala.
