Best place to grow professionally. There are so many experienced professionals and if you're lucky, you will get to work very close with them which itself will help you gather much more knowledge from them. There is no micro-management in most of the projects. The management will not bother you until you're dedicated to your work and justify what you're paid for.

Dislikes

Salary is not competitive. Your growth will become stagnant over a period of time. No health benefits like insurance etc.,
