Working in this organization gave me lot of exposure and upgrade my skills set time to time over the journey of 12 years , glad I got opportunity to work in this organization

Frequent changes in higher management in last 4 years bringing different trail and error processes impacted employees moral and customers trust over last couple of years which impacted revenue model. while I still enjoy the work, I’m not sure this company is the ideal place for me to continue growing my career

The company is ok in terms of work life balance

1) Too much politics 2) most of the higher management are 25+ years in the same company and hence lot of politics and hence they won't listen to you 3) poor training to the newly recruited employees and very poor documentation of the things which makes it tougher to learn for the new joinee. 4) very bad salary hikes 5) silent firing of the employees which don't make any headlines

Everything, poor management, no job security, extreme micromanagement, you don't have a say in anything if you don't have at least 7-8 years of experience they treat you like shit. Some teams are good but mostly its bad

The india leadership team is highly biassed , highly manipulated. Highly arrogant and self centred bunch. They manipulate the data and showcase a rosy picture to the board and thrive. They promote and encourage only their selection of people. Extremely bad management.

No appraisal, no promotion as putting 100 percent, moving HR to PMO. Then asking your performance is not ok. Putting on PIP. Israel team is worst

The company culture is very good, working at Finastra is really good, work life balance is the biggest plus point here. Also, company offers Hybrid work from office, 2 days a week.

Food is too much costly, you need to wait more for promotions, salary also needs to raise.
