Have been with 55 tech for serval years, recent developments have left me disheartened. The decision to cut off paid leaves from 15 to 12 has significantly disrupted work-life balances and morale. Despite putting considerable effort, appraisals seems unfairly low. Remote employees are unfairly excluded from receiving sponsored tickets for the annual company event, while unethical practices like developer swapping only serves to undermine trust.
