It is been 1.5 yrs, I'm still working as shadow resource. This is worst part for me, client introduced subordinate is available 24*7 to client due to which she messages me anytime after 7 pm to assist as I'm working she just takes meetings and some impromptu solution as when it requires. Initially when company was nice , everything was good but now they have become so strict towards their policies everybody wanted to join 55 because of their culture but now their culture has become so pathetic, having biased towards employees, favourites are given more facilities, their policies arent applicable on everyone , its just a more of a showoff, According to them their policies are same for everyone but everyone knows inside this fact they exempt their policies for some of their favourite employees and ask them to not to tell anyone as if anyone gets to know they will fight with the management.
