Its a shit company. You don't have your leaves. If you are sick, u still have to do the work. Managers and TL are all super bad. Managers don't work in this company and tl also don't work. On company's call they will talk to there family and they tell us to work in a silent atmosphere. Overall its super bad company. I was having some issues with the bank account. So, i have to reach out to my HR but my tl and manager said we don't have an hr department and they don't work for employees lower then TL and Manager. But i got a contact of an HR manager Arpit Mishra from a certain someone to talk about my bak issue and he told me to talk to my manager and tl. So, no responsibility from hr department. Although FIS is good company. There are so many flaws.Managers and product manager will say to work even though you don't like to work with other teams. Even though you worked very hard for day and night.They don't recognise you.apart from that they even don't given promotions and what they had previously promised..you can't sit idle just for one without work..next day they will come and ask why you are not working you have to be proactive and ask the work. There is no work life balance. People who works in this company are mostly works from 10,20 years..so if you say causes of why work got delayed.they don't listen.They simply say you are not working..
