Just because it's work from home, Fusion team who gives good surprises occasionally.

Dislikes

No feedbacks taken, no respect for an employee, treat like labours, no integrity, unapproachable management. Even HRs never take feedbacks later on once selected. Pathetic work culture, it's more of a stress if chose FIS to Work from Home.
