Worldpay was good untill taken over by FIS . FLEXIBLE timings,good increment.

Dislikes

Low hikes , bonus being not given every time, rating forced to take lower ones , growth is not there as no promotion policy , increment on promotion is like 20% only

No Job Security at any level event if you performing well, Particularly after their acquisition of Sungard. The company has experienced recurring layoffs almost every six month which can be unsettling for employees. The frequent restructuring may be direct result of incompetent upper management. Lack of effective leadership, poor strategic planning and inadequate decision making have led to a culture of uncertainty.
