Salary comes on time.

Dislikes

Unrealistic expectations from directors. No work life balance. You have to make yourself available for almost 16 hours to cover-up the US-India time window. Absolutely no vision in the company. Sometimes you are made scapegoat for someone else's mistake.

Pros: Feuji is a place if you are good in following: 1. Politics 2. Gossips 3. Spying on others 4. If you don’t have a personal life. 5. If you are from Telangana.

Dislikes

Do not join feuji if 1. You want to grow in your career. They just want dumb brains that can follow some process. 2. You are not a Telgue Person ( All client meetings to internal metting even conversations will happen in Telgue) 3. So much of politics and all the senior management are friends so forget that you will have a life. 4 Don’t even think you will get a good hike. They will make you cry for your own money. 5. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">Variable pay they won’t give completely. 6.</mark> No job security they can remove you anytime. 7. Management is worst. Note: I am sharing my 2 years experience with feuji. Saw it on top in starting everything was so good until the management change and after the restructuring of organisation oh god it’s became a place no one should be in. If you are joining feuji.
