RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Masters or bachelors in engineering in IT/ Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / Information Systems.
• 7 + yeas of Overall IT experience and 4+ years of strong hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, VBScript or JavaScript for scripting automation workflows.
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web services (REST, SOAP) for automation of web-based applications.
• Building bots and workflows for web crawling, calling APIs, calling bots externally, interaction with DBs and other advanced features
• Demonstrated expertise in developing automation scripts and end-to-end workflows using Automation Anywhere tool.
• Experience with various components of Automation Anywhere such as TaskBots, MetaBots, IQ Bots, and Control Room.
• Fair experience / exposure on Automation Anywhere Administration tasks like maintaining Control room, promoting Bots to Production environment, integrating bots with Git/BitBucket etc..
• Experience in identifying automation opportunities, analyzing processes, and designing efficient automation solutions using Automation Anywhere.
• Ability to handle multiple RPA projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest trends and developments in RPA technologies.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changes in project requirements, technology landscape, and business needs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere to automate repetitive tasks and streamline business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements, leveraging the capabilities of Automation Anywhere to drive efficiency and improve operational effectiveness.
• Utilize advanced features of Automation Anywhere, including web crawling, OCR, and integration with external systems, to automate complex business processes and enhance productivity.
• Understand Admin level features to secure bots, upgrade versions, backup & recovery, promoting to higher environments, parallel execution of bots and persistent storage
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on RPA best practices, Automation Anywhere capabilities, and project execution, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of automation solutions.
• Participates with Technical Leads, Technical Product Owners, Release Train Engineers, architects, agile teams, and operations teams to define plans for each Program Increment and sprint. (https://www.scaledagileframework.com/program-increment/ )
• Participates proactively in daily stand-ups, Sprint planning, and retrospectives.
