RPA Developer - UiPath (3-7 yrs)

Protiviti Global Business Consulting is seeking an experienced RPA UiPath Developer with 3-7 years of expertise in UiPath development.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with document understanding and a proven track record of completing at least five end-to-end RPA implementations.

This is a dynamic role offering the opportunity to design, develop, and optimize robotic process automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath to automate business processes.

- Implement and fine-tune document understanding models to extract data from structured and unstructured documents.

- Lead the full lifecycle of RPA implementations, from requirements gathering to production deployment.

- Optimize RPA workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Monitor and maintain bots in production, resolving any issues to minimize downtime.

- Conduct regular updates to ensure bots are aligned with process changes and system updates.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand process requirements and translate them into automation solutions.

- Document RPA workflows, configuration details, and process mappings for transparency and future maintenance.

- Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams as needed.

- Perform rigorous testing to ensure the accuracy and reliability of automated processes.

- Debug and resolve technical issues during development and post-implementation.

Mandatory Skills and Experience :

- 3-7 years of hands-on experience with UiPath development.

- Expertise in Document Understanding and handling structured and unstructured data.

- Proficiency in debugging, exception handling, and workflow optimization.

- Experience with APIs, database integration, and working with structured data formats like JSON and XML.

RPA Project Experience :

- Proven experience in 5+ full end-to-end RPA implementations, including deployment and post-go-live support.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of OCR tools and technologies like ABBYY or Tesseract.

- Experience in integrating UiPath with other applications or platforms.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools for CI/CD in RPA.

Experience : 3-7 years in UiPath development and RPA implementation.

Notice Period : Immediate joiners preferred or serving notice of up to 30 days.
