Role Overview :
The Oracle Cloud Technical Senior Consultant/Deputy Manager will be responsible for delivering high-quality Oracle Cloud technical solutions, including the design, build, and integration of various Oracle Cloud components. The individual will work closely with functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and compliance with project-specific KPIs, especially in the development of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) solutions, reporting, and database development. This role requires strong technical expertise in Oracle PaaS solutions, REST APIs, OTBI/BIP reporting, and PL/SQL.
Key Responsibilities :
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) :
- Design, develop, and implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), adhering to best practices and project timelines.
- Leverage REST APIs for seamless integration between Oracle Cloud applications and external systems.
PaaS (Apex) Development :
- Develop and manage Oracle Application Express (Apex) solutions, focusing on custom application development within Oracle Cloud environments.
Reporting & Analytics :
- Create and maintain Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP) and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) reports based on project and business requirements.
- Design data models and complex reports to meet the reporting needs of various Oracle Cloud modules (FIN/PPM/HCM/SCM).
Technical Development :
- Provide advanced PL/SQL programming and data management expertise.
- Develop, debug, and optimize Oracle Cloud-based applications and reports.
Collaboration & Teamwork :
- Collaborate with functional teams to ensure the smooth implementation and integration of Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Work individually and in teams to achieve project deliverables within the defined KPIs and timelines.
Project Delivery :
- Lead or contribute to specific project modules, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Adhere to technical and functional specifications while showcasing expertise in the respective technical domain.
Mandatory Skills :
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) :
- Expertise in designing and building integrations using OIC, leveraging REST APIs for seamless data exchange between systems.
PaaS (Oracle Apex) :
Proven experience in Oracle Application Express (Apex) development for building scalable applications within Oracle Cloud.
Reporting & Analytics :
- Strong hands-on experience in developing BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher) and OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) reports.
- Expertise in designing complex data models for reporting purposes.
PL/SQL & Data Models :
Advanced PL/SQL development skills, with experience in data modeling and database optimization.
Performance Measures:
- Team Collaboration: Demonstrate the ability to work well both individually and within cross-functional teams.
- Project Delivery: Responsible for on-time project delivery with adherence to client requirements.
- Skill Expertise: Showcase expertise in primary technical areas such as OIC, BIP, OTBI, and PL/SQL.
- KPI Achievement: Consistently meet KPIs aligned to project timelines, integration development, and reporting accuracy.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Cloud technical development, including OIC, PaaS, BIP/OTBI reporting, and PL/SQL.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality technical solutions.
- Oracle Cloud certification(s) in relevant areas would be an added advantage.
Rank Description :
Senior Consultant - 2 - 5 years of experience in Solution Design, Configurations, Functional Specifications, Data Migration and User Training
- Must have delivered 1 - 2 implementations of Oracle EBS and at least 1 implementation of Oracle Fusion
- Experienced in To-Be Process Design, Fit-Gap Analysis, RICEFW Management, Integration testing and user acceptance testing support
- Should have experience in either of the modules Financials, SCM, HCM and/or technical development (OTBI/BIP, OIC, Apex) depending upon the skillset/role.
- Excellent teaming and client engagement skills.
Deputy Manager - 4 - 7 years of experience in Solution Design, Data Migration, Integration and User Training
- Must have delivered 2 - 3 implementations of Oracle EBS and at least 1 implementations of Oracle Fusion
- Should have experience in either of the modules Financials, SCM, HCM and/or technical development (OTBI/BIP, OIC, Apex) depending upon the skillset/role.
- Experienced in To-Be Process Design, Fit-Gap Analysis, RICEFW Management, Data Migration Strategy design & execution, Integration testing and user acceptance testing support
- Excellent client engagement skills.
