Job isn't secure , always you'll get some kind of sense that you'll be fired because of environment . Multiple people who has given there time more than 5 + years they ask to submit all assets and resign . No Work life balance. Tech stack and work isn't up to mark of industry , after working couple of years , you'll face challengeswhile searching for jobs. There is no job security here and a lot of favouritism. If you keep praising and agreeing to everything with the too management you’ll be promoted and get good appraisals otherwise you will be fired

Worst work culture, clueless team. The company expects you to put all your sanity brains energy in the whims of the so called heads of the organisation. It was the worst gamble I took in my career. They will say weekends are off on paper but will make you work in National holidays as well.and your shift will never get over in 9 hours, it will go on to 10-11 hours everyday.
