So this company if at all it is. Is simply worst. The owner knows absolutely nothing. The items are imported for no reason. They won't hire someone intelligent since they are below average.

They hire people from top positions, projecting big promises of a stable and long term future. Everything is false, they hire and fire within 2-3 months, spoiling other opportunities that the person has. They trap people by giving a very lucrative proposition, but, in the end will take away your peace of mind and break down your morale. Will ask you for sales, but, hold you back from doing it. Team members are not allowed to talk to each other. Very negative and toxic environment. May ask you to skip your week off as well. No HR policies or company policies in place. Company gives good remuneration and the package offers are exciting but it is because it will last for few days or months . Zero job security No policies Micro managed

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me.
