Horrible experience for women employees. leadership team that too some senior consultants especially one who is working there since last 7 years use to have inappropriate discussion and favours from women employees.

I had exposure to the all areas of the project from very basics till the production deployment.

Dislikes

Very poor work life balance, almost spend 10.5 - 12 hrs each days during lockdown period. And normally 10.5 hrs. Uncertainty about appraisal, which make me sick. No opportunity to learn new technology, limited only to C#.

I feel very greatfull to join Fendahl Technology Private limited. Work environment and culture is good. Teammates are very supportive. Company has done a great job in this pandemic on providing work from home facilities
