Zensar is the best place to begin as fresher. Being a current employee, I am able to benefit from the growth opportunities at zensar. Zensar offers training workshops and certifications for participating in the traning program. Zensar has a lot of programs to train its employees. The team managers are friendly, and the HR always enquire about the issues we are facing in the company. I like the zensar work culture and recently we had a culture program that we enjoyed a lot. Zensar technology's salary for fresher is good to compared to other MNCs. Zensar offers many work benefits, and we are provided a company laptop to work from home during the pandemic. The training was ok

Everything here is too bad for freshers even HR's doesn't respond to employee's queries and TL's, Managers are too horrible and make the employee work for 12 hours a day & blame us in return that we don't work for 8 hours a day. They are less concern about the employee interest about the role & just assigns the role as they wish. Work culture and people over here sucks. Such a bad experience. Some of my batchmates didn't even joined in any of the projects and getting no update from their managers. TL named Prasad Abhimanyu was such a horrible person I have ever seen. He is rude, doesn't care about the teammates. He has such a condescending attitude as he works on-site in UK.
