There are many . Senior managment level is awful . Too much of regionalistic politics . People are just behind u to spoil ur carrer . Too many backstabers .Unrealistic transfer policies . HR just care about woman . Teammates are mostly supportive and friendly, creating a positive and collaborative work environment.

Dislikes

Lack of work-life balance and an unfair promotion process that often required pleasing managers rather than recognizing merit and performance. No value given given for employee's personal well being in most of the teams. WFH opportunities are merely mentioned in circulars and will not be considered when employee really needs it.
