The work profile itself was kind of interesting Even though it was a voice profile but wasn’t typical customer service, every single call was a new sales opportunity if you were placed in the right queue

Oh there is a lot The partiality that happened on daily basis, how opportunities are given to people on basis of favouritism or personal relationships. No work life balance, unless you fight for it they will mostly try to make you work for even 10 days in a stretch while you will see there favourite agents are getting fixed weekends or desired weekoffs. Stupid work pressure, there are queues in which you get high probability clients but they can keep you in the bottom queue and still pressurise you for deliverables even though there are minimum to zero opportunity. My idea is you join and test for maybe 6 months and if you don’t see any improvements in your incentive criteria then I suggest don’t walk but RUN...Read More
