Lots of favourism and they don't understand if a person's work life balance is good or bad. All the managers/TL/SME are very rude while talking except for 2-3 people to be honest. Everytime asked to work on weekoff to extend working hours or to cover any type of UL, even if it's an emergency leave they won't understand and ask to extend working for an extra day. They take meetings apart from shift hours, preshift 30mins to 1hr before and ask to complete 9hrs which is okay but if there is any kind of system issue from the company's portal or technical issue with remote desktop they'll not consider that time as working hours which I don't think is acceptable. They will talk to you very nicely and politely in the beginning but will only support if you're in favor of that particular TL/SME/Manager this is including the Associate Director. People here work as machines just because they've their families to feed which is not a good work culture in my opinion. Respect is not what we receive in this company until you're favoured by someone at management level. If you ever want to join this company, my personal recommendation would be (don't discuss your personal life with any of the SME/TL/Manager or even with higher level of management as it will not be kept as secret anymore and it'll be discussed all over the office and you'll get to know that later)...Read More

Initially it was good experience. Management used to cater the employee's recuirement and ideas to make process better. Also it is a great learning experience but inly If you have eager to learn but since covid happened, company took U turn all the way. I can underatand, covid has affected the revenue and other things but still company and management should think aboit their employees. Employees are the only one who made company to a brand. There was sudden change in policies. Employees were laid off without any prior notice and compensation. Management implemented nonsence things into the process which were not employee centric. Employees were forced to extend the shift. They change the policies in every couple of days and also their behavior was changed. A superiority complex came into the picture where employees were treated as a slave. Due to these many reason, employees who gave their 5 to 6 years to the company have to leave the job....Read More
