Incentives, transport cab service & managers were very supporting and friendly . The best part of the company is they treat employees very well...

I was asked to move to credit card decline department where in it was outbound and at the initial stage they don't give reservation to charge which can be assured ..

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
