The work Life balance is maintained. As far as you are working, you are not going to feel any burden or stress of work. The work timings are fixed and flexible too. The best thing is, we get two parties in every quarter. The first is a team-party and the other is the office-party. Monthly Rewards and Recognition. The winners go for excursion.

Dislikes

The mid-day office timings and the time required to travel to office from East Delhi.

Very bad support.Layyed off employees and did not even gave appraisal for this years cycle and terminated employees with no compensation. Although working within some team was great ,great manager.

No employee friendly,lots of politics,self boasting companies.HR does not takes into consideration the views.

Fareportal environment was so good and it feels energetic everyday. I enjoy doing my work in such beautiful environment. As Fareportal is a travel domain company, all airline flights have been stopped, Fareportal going through a very tough time. Our CEO did whatever best for empoyees, but at last when there were no hope. They end-up many contracts with many employees.

Dislikes

I think there is nothing to dislike expect food, which is a third party vendor.

Woked as a web developer(Software Engineer) on two of our major travel domains Cheapoair & Onetravel. Add new features to our product and maintain the old one as well.

Hikes are poor, totally based on variable Favouritism within the department No learning for new technology, there is no onjob training for freshers, managers do not value an individual's unique strength

I joined fareportal as an intern. Initally everything was good free food free transport then after shifting to new location they charged for food and transport.within my department I've learned some new things but manager was no supportive enough.
