Treats u like slave. Tremendous pressure. Just say no to join this company. 0℅ job safety. They will make u work 10-11 hrs Atleast everyday. U have to work on weekoffs as well. Management sucks they behave like kings and royal highness. No point of contacting hr.

Standing in same benefits when i joined this company 5 years ago.. in this era of inflation you will get hardly 40k appraisal annually.

Higher management get better appraisal % compared to lower management . Unskilled and untrained people have been hired as team leader who know nothing about the process but still in the process just to give orders to employees. Management should not hire team leaders if someone is their favourite or obedient to them rather they should check the skills and quality of the person who can guide the team as a senior player. Employees were forced to stretch shifts . Management should also conduct training on professional communication skill which can help many to improve in that area....Read More
