I would rather recommend other companies as they wouldn't value loyalty and experience. I was chucked out@ the time when the whole world is struggling against Covid and it was done thru email. Moreover, the stress and culture wouldn't worth the money you earn.

Dislikes

They need to understand what makes an or break any company is " Loyalty ". When you cannot value internal customers, how would you take care of external customers.

They used to provide good incentive but now due to management they are focusing on cost cutting which resulted in attriton. The CEO is being misled by few individuals who are actually spoiling the image of the company. They are on self centric individuals indulging in low politics. This is why this company is known as FIRE PORTAL.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
