As a former employee of FanCraze, I regret to say that my time was nothing short of a nightmare. If you are considering joining this organization, I implore you to reconsider. 1- No work life balance: Prepare to sacrifice your evenings, weekends and even holidays to meet unrealistic deadlines. 2- Toxic Company Culture: The atmosphere is rife with tension, gossip. It feels like being trapped in a dysfunctional family run shop rather than a professional workplace. 3- lack of Technical Expertise: Shockingly, the founding team lacks even basic technical knowledge. Their incompetence trickles down, resulting misguided decisions, flawed strategies and a fundamental misunderstanding of the industry. 4- Disregard for Hard work: You are merely a disposable cog in the machine, easily replaced and forgotten.
