it is the worst company that i have ever worked for. for each hour which is done has OT they just pay 27rs and it is the only company in bangalore which pays mere 7000rs fr its employees

The environment is horrible reason being the director never takes the side of the employees and she insults her employees to the core.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
