I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

No structure Literally they judge an new employee way too fast. Petty politics No training but expect people to be expert in the product. Evaluation is not done on the role but it is done on how well you can butter senior folks. Even if one judges you wrongly you will be fired in next few months without any change to change it. They will take you as a full time but you will be working with 16k per month stipend until you are officially converted into full time and their is no proper training,they will leave you to learn as fast as possible their is no formal training,you have to seek others to learn and these all depends on how you can convince your seniors to teach you,the working hours is very unconventional.
