Monthly Salary is on time, job is secure, Currently top management is taking interest to change the company in a better way. Thats good.

Quality department is not working as it is supposed to, blaming production and engineering for their errors and mistakes. Material inspections are being done on SAP notes and not as per drawings and specifications so the quality isn't as it is supposed to be. Production department has no track of their materials usage as everything is considered urgent even if its not. Engineering department is making mistakes in nestings and material ordering due to urgency of all jobs. Blame game has been going on for long. Shouting is a bad way to treat employees.
