Skill development programs are good rest nothing good

Worst HR support. Most of the time no reply from HR support team for the requests that we raise. Worst policies- for reimbursement they will not accept screenshots from their own approved Qwikcafe app for EY cafeterias as they don’t provide tax invoices. One of colleague is in notice period. For him the HR team said he can’t take any leave during notice period, only medical leave is allowed for that prescription needs to be submitted. No additional parks and benefits. Salary - offered decent bonu and hike if you perform well. People are good and understanding leave policy is excellent

promotions - they arent really based on your work but on how much extra you contribute to ey apart from work. ie time spent beyond 9 hours on other ey activities.
