I have worked as an audit associate and whatever I have experienced will not be the same with other departments. I loved the flexible timings part, you dont have to necessarily work at a particular time and you work even late night or early morning. What matters is whether the task is completed or not before the deadline. I also li ke how I could take breaks in between work without seeking anyone's permission. Dislikes

I don't want to tell it as dislikes but the job is not for eveyone 1. You have to mandatorily clear CA or ACCA exams within 4 years or else you will be stuck with the senior role. 2. Too much work load from January to March, yolk have to work late nights everyday and also on weekends if the work is not completed</mark>. 3. Only one way cab (post 8 pm) 4. Work life balance is very very poor. For the company range and industry, hike % is low.
