In Google, Justdial the ratings are high because now the ratings can be modified & brought.

Everything.Instead of credit cards short time hired employees in the exposer house have to sell the job profile from the calling list . Be ready for get insulted everyday if the listed candidates are not interested in the job profile or not selected.Even The employees's parents also can be insulted if The employee not became fruitful for them . There are only 3 employees who are giving service them from the beginning & the each new employees are shown the same examples that how these people are working more than 10 years.basically they have no where to go as this experience can't be utilised anywhere ....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
