Biggest mistake of my career when i joined ExpertLancing Research Services. So, i realized my mistake and left this company with 3 months. I have proof of my words (If you just have any doubt about all these negative reviews or feedback). Just check the LinkedIn profile of the ex-employees. Experienced employees worked in this company not more than 6 months and fresher just for 1.5 years. So-called Head of Operations of this company just a fraud. 1. The head of operations of ExpertLancing asked her employees to change their LinkedIn profile in terms of working with her company, especially when any client visits her office. Even head of operations hired people just for one day to show a higher number of employee count to the client. So, i can say the head of operations has done masters in faking things. 2. No work life balance 13-14 working hours. 3. Girls safety at stake in this company, head of operations even asked girls to stay in the office from 9 am to till 12 am. No cabs, no security for girls. Because of all these issues 2 girls left the company in front of me. 4. Head of operations doesn't respect employees. 5. No work from home facility. But if your father is admitted in the hospital she will asked you to do work from the hospital. Don;t care about employees problems. 6. Negative work environment. 7. Head of operations is like a dictator, who thought if she is paying to employees, their salary than they need to work like a slave in her company. 8. Head of operations frequently asked you to come and work on Saturdays even on Sundays.You have work in her company like a robot 24*7. 9. They don't deduct PF and TDS, no health insurance. 10.
