I thought of writing this review after reading all the bad ones about ExpertLancing, as a core team member I felt responsible & hence sharing my experience. They have hectic working hours. Their employees come at 9 in the morning and stay late upto 1am or 2am. How many hours you are giving to the company after your agreed 9 hours is the sole parameter on which your performance is judged. They leverage the work equal to two employees from one emolyee. That is the reason their operations team is half the strength of their BD team. Huge politics happen in company. The Head of operations take things personally and is an egoist....Read More
