They have hectic working hours. Their employees come at 9 in the morning and stay late upto 1am or 2am. How many hours you are giving to the company after your agreed 9 hours is the sole parameter on which your performance is judged. They leverage the work equal to two employees from one emolyee. If you are thinking of joining in Business development department, go for it. There are some good people like Gaurav Dhawan & Neha Tomar. You will get to learn a lot while still having fun at the job. You can notice one thing that all the positive reviews are from Business Department Only. Other positive reviews from Operation Department are fake and written by the cunning management.

Dislikes

The operations department is literally a mental torture. Pathetic working hours and the worst part is the cunning management.

Expertlancing Research services (Hell). Work culture is worst, people who work here are the worst people ever. Worst place to work here. R&D team is useless team, Team lead of R&D is a useless person even they don’t know about the D of development. They only do favouritism. No work life balance 13-14 working hours. They make you do overtime without saying so. For example they will give you a project which is needed to be done in 16 working hours which is almost impossible since the file formatting is too long. office regular timings are 8 hours and one hour lunch. Then you will have to sit till 10 pm to get it done in 16 hours there is no compensation for your overtime and you have to do it in 16 working hours or else you wont get an upraise. no appreciation for work, i wish the management brings some changes and make this place easy to be at....Read More
