They make you do overtime without saying so. For example they will give you a project which is needed to be done in 16 working hours which is almost impossible since the file formatting is too long. office regular timings are 8 hours and one hour lunch. Then you will have to sit till 10 pm to get it done in 16 hours there is no compensation for your overtime and you have to do it in 16 working hours or else you wont get an upraise. no appreciation for work, i wish the management brings some changes and make this place easy to be at....Read More

1. Your performance is judged by number of hours you worked beyond your regular 9 hours in a day. 2. No work life balance.They'll give you 5 days of work and will ask you to finish it in 3 days by daily stretching beyond your regular 9 hours. 3. No respect for employees. Your hard work for company is never acknowledged nor appreciated. 4. They hire interns for cheap work and fire them after internship, citing poor performance as reason. 5. They will not let you know your good feedback from client. However, any bad feedback is served you immediately, as soon as it’s received from the client. 6. Company uses the term ‘Company Policy’ for covering their authoritarian and unfavorable employee policies and decisions. 7. Strictly not safe for women/girls. Safety of women on company trips/offsites is given least priority. 8. The company withholds employees’ documents (i.e. Salary slips, Appraisal letters, etc.) and uses it as a cheap instrument of employee retention. They will not provide you with the documents on due time and will say that we’re processing it. Lagging of salary slips for three to four months is a usual practice. 9. They will frequently ask you to come and work on Saturdays, and won’t give you overtime for that. However, they allow you to take compensatory off which most employees can’t afford because they overburden you with work. 10. And after you resign, the company will compel you to tell the name of company you’re moving into, otherwise they won’t accept your resignation and won’t let you leave. 11. Your FnF is not processed on time. They promise to give you your FnF within 45 days, but will not give you before three months. 12.
