Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? Job security is nonexistent. After completing a project, they do not provide a salary or seek new clients for you. After 60 days, they issue a relieving letter. One company rejected my application because I did not have the relieving letter or the last month's pay slip. I only received these documents after sending 10 to 15 follow-up emails.
