There is nothing which can be appreciated for in Experis it.

Dislikes

This is consultancy. There is no career growth here. They deploy employees in IBM projects which may release them at any point of time. No job security no matter how ur performance. Salary is low and credited in late hours. I recommend everyone not to join this consultancy either apply directly to any startup company if u don't found mnc's.

Work Details

Once I got project in IBM , then its good place to work. But no one knows how long will they keep u as contract basis in IBM project. Bad luck, if u got release then Experis It people will tell they will provide new project but they won't. u r jobless now

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
