No incentive paid even when promised. I worked for about 4 years no incentives to any of the managers in the unit. Forget about promotion and increment till you work here for more than a decade. Dictator type manegement. No will accommodate your views but will retaliate against you for pointing out flaws in process Even if customer business is at stake, only a certain geography in India is favoured by top brass and others are sidelined and neglected, forcing them to leave and search elsewhere....Read More

There is nothing to like about the company..They are making us work for more than two weeks at a stretch without holiday..as of today I have worked for 14 days straight without any leave. Worst company we have family n we are not able to spend time with family. Don't ever work here..for 10 years senior person they are paying only 8k..worst company.as per labour law a person should not work at a stretch for more than 10 days and overtime should also be provided but no extra payment but we have to work hard without any rest....Read More

One of my favorite company still know. Definitely you will enjoy working on this company and stay in your memory forever. You will get low salary but work press is less then 0.01% only. You will ask to work on any previous company you liked means i choose excela(source HOV) with out opening eyes

Such a worst company ever. Lots of partiality shown by team leads.If there is a problem outside of the work area each other, processor and team lead, team leads scolded at work for that problem. Especially in kilpauk 8th floor. Some team leads have lots of head weight and they don't treat all processors as same as others.

If you want to work as a business analyst, do not choose this organization because there is no room for advancement. As a business analyst, you just work on error clearing for existing projects. There are no yearly hikes. Old persons with outdated tools that have not been updated to market requirements. They, too, are not prepared to adapt.
