Everything is dislike here, you will get frustrated working here. 1) Salary not on time, you cant maintain your expenses. 2) No Job security 3) you are allowed to enter in company / login at fix timing but you leave after the work done even if your are logged in for more then 20 hrs, 4) No compensation 5) No overtime, if they start pay for overtime believe me you will get twice of your in hand salary as you should support 24/7 them. Hence no overtime. 6) Hr. polices get changed as per their need. 7) No proper leaves, to know your pending leave they maintain their excel sheet and will not share with you. 8) In WFH Login / logout time has been captured at their end (Can be manipulated easily)...Read More

Office colleagues are very nice and helpful. No Job Security at all. According to Policies term, you can't click Picture at the office premises

Employees get fired by blaming their performance issues, Yes u will get a chance to prove as of course they will put u in PI (i,e; Performance Issues, then after 1-month finish your CAREER).
