It was one of the worst experiences I have had in a workplace. A senior employee, Mahesh Bhatuse ( System Admin), does not have basic manners on how to talk to female colleagues. He behaves as if he owns the company and lacks professionalism, especially when interacting with colleagues, particularly female employees. Despite requesting help only for office-related tasks, he was rude and unhelpful. He deliberately targets female colleagues and avoids assisting when queries arise. Moreover, his communication with juniors is poor, creating a toxic work environment. Within just 13 days of working, they imposed a penalty charge of 10,000 when leaving the company. If anyone is considering joining this company, think twice, as it may impact your career growth. Would not recommend working here unless these issues are addressed....Read More

Everything is dislike here, you will get frustrated working here. 1) Salary not on time, you cant maintain your expenses. 2) No Job security 3) you are allowed to enter in company / login at fix timing but you leave after the work done even if your are logged in for more then 20 hrs, 4) No compensation 5) No overtime, if they start pay for overtime believe me you will get twice of your in hand salary as you should support 24/7 them. Hence no overtime. 6) Hr. polices get changed as per their need. 7) No proper leaves, to know your pending leave they maintain their excel sheet and will not share with you. 8) In WFH Login / logout time has been captured at their end (Can be manipulated easily)...Read More
