The managers don't treat everyone equally. Less experienced people getting promoted. So they don't know how to manage and how to treat teammates

No job security in excelra... because when I was working there, my colleague are also fired for the shortage of project work. No career growth in excelra, because the projects running over there are like that. The work done by employees is more and the annual appraisals are too small..like 100 to 3000(the maximum appraisal value.

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer.
