Previously had a great work culture.

Dislikes

Not so great company to work. No benefits.Insurance coverage is quite low. Don't value or care about employees. Tenured employees are now leaving the company because of current Excelras culture. No career growth. No constructive feedback. Appraisal process is a time waste and no . Politics at management level. Low salary Previously employees were staying though there is low salary only because of the culture. But now I think all the tenured employees are moving out only because of change of management and the culture for last two+ years....Read More

Intially it everything was great except the salary. But now a lot is changing because of management change.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
