The company is great for initial Period of career and learning phase. However, it heavily relies on the effectiveness of your manager or team leader. The company has implemented remote work options since the onset of covid. The infrastructure and office facilities are good. And the compensate and other benefits provided are good. Team Level Politics If you are not going office and doing WFH then all your hard work is zero. Many people in leadership and HR thinks that employees who daily comes office and does their chatugiri is good ones. Give them opportunities. They will hire you for Node Js angular and after joining you will come to know that you need to work on old .net code bugs. Same way in other projects. Before joining the company you must needs to confirm twice that what you are expected to do and until what period. They will keep changing you from one project to other and play with your career. Leadership is keep changing. One top level leader have a plan. You follow that. Entire team start preparing stuff on that plan and one day all of sudden you will come to know that the manager or senior employee left the company due to ego clash with new leader. All the future plan for 1-2 years will be dropped overnight. And now you have to be ready with something opposite. In my 6 years of experience, I’ve realised that This company is seriously lacking long term vision. This is like Rajasthan politics, parties in power will change every term(some time in mid term) and plane from previous govt will be dropped along with. When I was part of company. They fired many people who were raising serious concern about inability of senior managers. Few managers are non-technical. Leading technical team. HR have no power. They have to follow mid level mgmt orders. Sometime you will feel totally disconnected with HR. They will never call you to share feedback about you. From initial period, company will provide you comfort zone. You will become lazy and keep doing same stuff with old technology till years. One day company will stop giving you appraisal or may be fire you. After 5-10 years in same company with good package, no one will hire you with the knowledge you have. What I enjoyed about working at Excellence Technologies, especially before 2023, were the chances to grow in my role, the positive team vibe, and the enjoyable events. The seniors and colleagues were supportive and friendly. Whether within my own team or with others, it always felt like we were one big team.

Dislikes

As a fresher with basic knowledge, I learned a lot here. However, I wouldn't recommend it based on the current state of organization for someone in a similar situation. I am working here for past 15 month. I like the environment. If you want to learn new things then project manager and company support it. For fresher it's great to start with. Seniors are always ready to help.

Teachers don't hve enough knowledge. They follow tutorial websites to teach but when questions comes in return they make excuses to answer. And No job security after training they don't approach any company for job interview. Don't go there it's a waste of money.
