They are few good team leaders and some good trainers and the employees don’t have any work stress

It’s an overall messed up company that I think the ceo is not aware of it because the management is too smart the deals everything among themselves it’s literally a school where you are treated more like a school kid there is no freedom and their rules are very freaking and best part is the management people are very interested about employees personal life what’s going in their life they take to other employees regarding the personal thing and many people have discussions on it I think which is very immature and coming on leaves the don’t approve it if we inform them a month before if ur health is not good then also they ask you to work which is very shameful on their part and if the employee is close to the management they get on spot resignations and common people need to serve 25-30 days then the talk rules to us and I have seen promotions also for the people who are close to management they get it and people who work hard they don’t get it after trying they get pissed off and quit lot of partiality and politics in the company more than congress and bjp. If ur close to any team lead of manager u get promotions good salary hikes and everything but common hard working employee don’t get it. The company work culture is the worst I have ever seen they talk all bull shit on ur back and pretend like they are nice to you if any case a boy and a girl are going on a break together the assume things and tell other employees and talk all shit which is very worst I know many ppl who quit working because people are talking all dirty of that person which was not true. Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chiling.Company polices are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

As for the fresher they provide you the least package as they can. For anyone to have bad bad experiences of how a BPO organization works it's one of the example. For being a fresher there is nothing much to learn when coming to the work process. Coming to IJP's(Internal job posting) you should be expecting it after 6 months only ifyou worked hard and sometimes even if you give your best they won't even recognise your presence. Most of the teams work on very bad politics which effect the employees hard work and growth. I'm the one who experienced in one of the teams. And also the company doesn't think about in employee perspective, All they need is for you to login at any crucial situation (Mainly if your are facing serious health issue). And also applyingfor leaves is big hetic in this organisation. You will only get in hand salary. No benefits or no incentives. Don't even expect the OT money will be huge. They even charge for cab facility. And the cabs won't even available all the time during logouts. During this covid pandemic when some employees got effected by covid they continued to work from office keeping this news within the office premises. And also don't think you can improve you communication skills by working here, all they follow is fixed scripted statements which are no use for futher....Read More
