Examity before 2018 was a wonderful place to work.

Office politics, Promotions are promised before in hand, interview is just a process. Management is only concerned about Operations rest of the other departments have no promotions. People in the management are completely biased.

No Stress and the company policies are to benefit only the Hr only people from concerned counsaltancy will be selected and this is happening only because HR manager who is eating all the commissions and getting more fat.

HR Manager where he treats employees as daily labor and such a filthy person he is best example for Kim Jong Un.

I don’t like any of the thing in the company.

No Proper Management, No Proper Protocal, No Proper Policies. There is no place for Hardwork, if you only have a strong connection with HR you will have growth in company or else they only torture mentally. They either terminate with stupid reasons or they make u force resignation with torturing you mentally.

Very Disappointed. I worked very hard for a growth in the company but they only look into things which is not related to work and which is happening outside of company.

Process is good, few of the tl's and sups are very good supportive. I was really great working with examity.

Dislikes

Female TL's are worst not at all supportive. Female sup doesn't has much knowledge but still has the positions. Positions are given to only non eligible people with Buttler english improper process guidance. Few don't even hold their degree but settled in TL positions no proper educational knowledge but still tries to speak terms and conditions where they don't even knows the meaning of it.

Baised management, baised approach.there is no future in Examity for hard working employees.. Management will be baised to selected employees and they will only get the good opportunities and promotions great hikes & pays.

I had a great experience in examity for 3 years. I found best coworkers ✌🏼. Everything is fine but Few female sups, and tls are bit annoying, Also the WFM will stress the proctors, unnecessary shift extensions and shift timings are worst. Apart from this everything is going🤗
