Overall its one of the best organisation, with tremendous opportunities and work atmosphere ambience is very good, the policies are very smooth and simple. Hygiene and safe transport arrangements for the employees. The Management is very good and encourages employees, im working since Five years and have not experienced one bad situation, neither had salary or OT issues till date. I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
