I like that Evora is flexible in our working style, I am supported well by the company when I have issues balancing work and personal life.
Not really a big thing, but sometimes overload of work from projects is not easily addressed. But this is also very typical in a consulting company

The management at this company is terrible when it comes to hiring and firing employees. They tend to use employees until their work is complete and then provide flimsy reasons to justify firing them. It's evident that they don't value their employees' contributions. What's even more frustrating is that some individuals lacking the necessary skill set are retained, while skilled employees are let go due to favoritism and office politics. The managers occupying leadership positions lack the necessary management skills and often engage in favoritism. This situation is unfair to those who work hard and possess valuable skills. Furthermore, some managers are experts at putting on a facade of friendliness and charm on the surface, but behind the scenes, they engage in deceptive behavior and play a double game.
